Front Seats make Crackling Noise

So the black front seats on the 21 DDHC are making a crackling noise when you push down on the seat cushions, like they had a plastic sheet beneath the cushion or something. I did not notice that on the Red seats in my 23 DDSRT. The second row seats do not make this noise. Any ideas?

Do you have heated and cooled seats? Mine does the same.

yes they are the Black ones with the White Hellcat Logos. I think the heated and cooled front seats are standard in all DDHC?

good to know I am not the only one. My wife thinks it might have something to do with the Suede material.

My '18 R/T with the black leather did that, the '23 SRT with the alacantra does not !

I’ve cut the heated seats up and the heater had a wrap around it that could do that.
The laguna leather in my SS and the standard black leather in our Cherokee both have H/C seats but do not make any noises.

My DD ram 1500 did that...it was a bag of stale Fritos under the seat...
