Is that one of those small diameter units they made briefly? Very cool if it is still together. My 2015 has their prototype still on it. We beat the absolute shit out of it. My buddy continues to love that car. You will never get your car as hot as we got mine up at BIR testing that thing. Good luck! If you need any help from QA1 let me know, they are about 30 minutes from me. Max High strength bolts should work that you can get at the store, I agree there.

Yep. It was a dream. That is why I want it back in. Long story why it was taken out. Where does that adapter plate go on? Can I use the bolts from the dss that is on there now? Found out the vibration was from the dss.

All the vibration is gone!!! It was the driveshaft. Runs smooth as can be now. The QA1 was missing installation hardware. And the customer service over there did not help me out. Maybe because they do not make it anymore? I had a brand-new aluminum, latest version, DSS, sitting in my garage with hardware. They installed that and it did the trick. Now I have a very low 9 second or high 8s car depending on elevation that drives like a dream.

Well I am not going to box it. If you come to Tucson you can have it. The odds are you do not live close to here and for a used part worth maybe a few hundred it would not be worth your time nor travel money.

I am not going to find a box which is a very long box in strange dimensions and then go ship this thing. So basically, I guess not selling it. Sorry

A thought regarding shipping a driveshaft….. Shops (like SRT Autoworks not too far from you) are installing the DSS stuff all the time. They just end up throwing the boxes they come in away. Probably a couple in the dumpster right now. FedEx will ship those via ground no problem. Another possibility is having somebody who may have one of those boxes… ship it to you empty at cost. I have one but that’s for me to use if I ever need it.
