2016 hellcat Challenger A8. The world's first 9 second stock boost hellcat. Wheels/tires, IE dual pumps and tune, injectors, 1 PC shaft,3.09. car never made a pass with fewer than 5 factory leather seats in it. 4600 lb race weight. A truly marvelous machine.

OKay - here's mine from a private rental with Marc Heidings this past weekend - my plan was to run back to back runs all day and then do track whores next day too - only ran 1 run - launched easy and did it with my soft tune - and the guys pointed out my MTs might be toast, no smoke on the burnout - second run went hard off the line and broke my DSS - lol - dems the breaks!! I was expecting to go 9.3's ....... oh well!

My 60' is normally low 1.3's as you can see last time out

What made you faster MPH wise, you get a tune revision or was DA great.
Cradle not locked but will be now -

I was actually running my base tune with 17 degrees of timing - the reason for the increase in MPH is from the interchiller I installed - my IC temps are 55 degrees at the line and my IATs are usually ambient or just above - at the end of the quarter my IATs are just touching 100 degrees and my IC temps are usually right around 80 degrees - they used to be MUCH higher

Yea, the chiller systems are awesome for drag racing. I used to be 160+ at the end of the 1/4 with these little pullies. Now I'm 120. Recovery starts happening as soon as you let off the gas and head for your slip.

I just locked out the cradle yesterday. You can see on your launch pics how close the tires are to the front of the wheel well. It HAS to be moving a lot on this 60' numbers. The lockout should prevent that or make it a lot less. The driveshaft at that point is getting pushed together.

You break an older style DSS? Any idea where it failed?
