If you’re already having problems with the vendor, sharing that information with us ASAP is a better approach than waiting to see if you get your money back, they could still actively rip people off while you’re getting jerked around.

Simply state the facts here, and there shouldn’t be any harm or foul from the vendor’s perspective.

Sorry been busy, life hasn’t been fun for me right now. This is just one of thr things that was fucking up my mojo, lets get into it.

Ive been looking for a chilling solution for IATs similar to the demons chiller for the track. Killer chiller, FI interchiller and Active interchiller all make kits for our cars. I decided to go with Active Interchiller (David Spurlock). Placed the order and waited four weeks for the delivery. Four weeks came and went, nothing from the seller.

then after the four weeks I cordially reached out to him as I wanted to have the kit for MHSH in Nov…

No reply, weeks went bye, was so busy with military discharge, MHSH that I forgot about it. Then the phone tag game started… Excuses that happened prior to december…

We are now in December. Im in rough shape, the Navy has fucked me over, been eating and drinking a lot. Been separated for a month, no DD214, no one to call from the Navy and cant go to the VA to get help with my knees and hearing, when you shoot guns for a living, yeah hearing goes quick. I now have degenerative arthritis in my knees and will never run again, I’m only 38… Can’t move, can’t go to VA and cock suckers in Navy keep calling me to go into the Active Reserves… I digress.

Strike one, told me it will ship On 12/27 and disappears for a week, nothing ships…

Infuriated at this point, remain calm though he has my money. Finally get a hold of him, he was sick… okay Ill be compassionate, can you ship now? “Yes I can but it will be incomplete, the hose I pulled wasn’t for your car…” Okay ship to me then ship hose a week later. We agree and he gives me a new tracking number…

get all warm and fuzzy, happy till i check fedex and nothing… Strike two…
Call monday… doesnt pick up…
Call tuesday… picks up…

“I got sick again but I didn’t return your calls or text cause I didn’t know what to say…”

Okay people get sick, I’m trying to be compassionate, not rage out. Can you ship? “No kit is half ready…” Strike three…

“Can I get a refund today, you’ve held my money for four months and all I have to show for it is nothing. I want verification in the next hour that you have given me a refund. I have an Amex Platinum and they will have no problem yanking the money back. I’ve been patient but no more.”
I cannot in good faith recommend his product, business and business practices. I don’t believe he wanted to not ship but he wasnt able to fulfil the order. Already have a different vendors kit on the way, it behooves me that one can ship instantly and the other can’t ship at all.

Just bought the 19” race kit with the triple bypass to keep the original cooler. Will have a custom panel 3d printed for the two way switches. Switch one for race mode which fully diverts and then switch two to turn off three way bypass.

Fu, have you contacted the Secretary's office? They should be able to point you in a direction for quicker response? Contact your senators offices as well. There is no excuse for that kind of bullshit.

Sorry this happen to you @fumanchu182 to say the least, since I pointed you in that direction.
My experience with him was not the same 1.5 years ago when I got my kit from him, maybe he started to grow faster than he could handle or issues with covid crap but no excuses for lying or putting orders out of order without a reasonable reason.
