I was quoted 5.99% for 36 months on a used RE by a car dealer. Credit union is at 1.99% for 36 months. Some of these dealers drive me crazy.

What we get when football and basketball are elevated above actual education. The teams I played on are now carted everywhere in fancy ass school buses and treated like lings (even given free housing in The district so they're eligible), grades are fixed, illiteracy, under age drinking, crime, sexual assault, etc... are all overlooked or fixed bc they can run a a ball. And they're dumber than dirt. And they play in a stadium that costs more than all the rest.of the districts district's buildings put together. This bullshit folks. When we fight the chinese it wont be on the basketball court, and we might just get our asses kicked.

Don't get me wrong there are plenty of individual players who are good people but there is a wider, growing problem and the solution is not the status quo.

If the policy says it covers it, it covers it. And that is on the insurance company. However I suspect this will get over turned on appeal in federal.court, but wo seeing the actual policy you cant know for sure. However, this was appealed at the state level and even a 3 judge appellate panel upheld it, so there is definitely something there to hang the case on.

Moreover there was stupid Behavior by the insurance company it is also playing a role into this beyond their quartering of the policy. And as for the policy itself or any contract is written if you make a stupid deal or a bad contract that's on you we all want everybody to take personal responsibility that applies to companies too.

So the long and the short of it without reading any of the documents or the policy where I predict this will probably shake out is they will find liability on the part of the driver of the car, the policyholder but the insurance company will probably be found not to be on the hook because it was an intentional Act.

How far away is your nearest human neighbor?

Much too close for my liking, but not intolerable.

Closest house is only about a quarter mile away, but hidden from view by trees. Of course, I can drive to within 60 feet or so (property line) of where the good looking wife sunbathes.

Also to the southwest is the next closest, which is partially visible. That good looking (single) chick there is too pale to do any sunbathing.

Maybe a 3/4 mile to the house to the south. About a 3/4 to the houses on the other side of the river, to the east.
There's one to the north, also about 3/4 mile away, but there's a small hill and trees between us.

A little crowded perhaps, but not exactly like a townhouse either. It's about what you'd expect when everybody has 15 acres or better.
