Not blaming installer or builder. Just want it fixed. I think I'm cancelling the rest of my travel for the year and racing events. Kind of at my limit mentally.

This has been so demoralizing. Thinking of selling the car with old motor for 40k or as a roller. Looks like Ill have to get the motor fixed and then sell that separately. I also have a few sets of welds and what nots to sell as well.

Because it should really have springs installed.

That wouldn’t cause oil in the combustion chamber though. Ring gap had to of been junk and judging by the huge slow lope there was probably horrible compression because of the rings

aren’t those supposed to be new heads? There’s so much carbon buildup behind the valve I don’t understand how that can happen with just a few startup miles if that

220 miles. All normal logs. I have all those miles logged as @Jon-MooredPerformanceLLC was along for the gripes/ride. Installer is working on getting me in. Told him I don’t want the motor as it has junk run through it at 220 miles. That valve didn’t destroy itself so what did?

rings should have seated already or rings were trashed to begin with, set expectations with installer that if the builder wants the long block back, they are to send me a different one or refund my money. I do not want a motor that has trash in it ever, just a ticking time bomb.

im out of mshs next week and if I cant get refunds i eat that cost so joy… 😂
