I agree with the valve.
Some thing has to be up rings installed the right way?
I have idled engines for ever getting coolant to burp and I have beat the shit out of them. Never had a ring problem
Well unfortunately Im in between rock and meat-grinder. I can’t take the motor out myself. Cant afford to pay installer again so he’s eating it. Engine builder won’t cover shop time. This is just an all around shit situation and that’s why I want out. If Thursday doesn’t produce results. Its gonna be a long time till it gets resolved as installer can only work on it it spare time. He leaves for vacation on Saturday so the only one getting bent over by this is me. Get bent over by my ex-friend (yes friendship is now gone) who is the installer and now the builder as Im sure they'll do everything to blame me. I just want out of the car. Right now 40k takes the chassis and old motor and Ill pay for transport. I have a clean title.

So what did the installer do that was wrong? Isn't the issue the engine and he didn't build it

#2 still has some cleanup to do but with time…
In 3000 DA made about 21psi of boost and almost shit myself.

the key to this is communication, MMX, Mike and I all got on the same page about motor break in procedures, oil they want me to run and how to maintain the motor.

almost out of the woods. Now the problem is how to get the IC chiller temps colder faster. Might extract one gallon and replace with distilled water and see how fast it gets down. On 94* theres only so much you can do with the stock coolant as it fights

Also we cracked open the oil filter and we also ran the break in oil through a filter

for break in oil this is expected.

What FI does, is they add another dryer, another condenser, and a fan pulling heat out of the condenser . Well? I’m not sure if their fan is a pusher or a puller

Yeah, I mentioned FI just because that’s what they do for their “stage 2” kit, but the same theory can be applied to any chiller.

I always show iats and they were 75 degrees cruising on the highway. Keep in mind the only way the 2.4 gets cooling is passively. Without large volumes of air it will always be hot. When I hit wot they went down to 60.

Im sorry, ive never broken in a motor it was never explained to me the procedure so excuse me. Also still have other codes to get through but since its drama ill just stop updating the thread.
