Nope. Not necessary. Once it’s lined up at the base of the ramp, it’s operated with a remote. Minor steering correction from along side as it goes in is the most that’s need. It’s a one man operation.

Hahaha 🤣 it actually took just over 8 quarts from bone dry to the full line. That’s drained oil cooler and fresh engine.
no misfires at all.

they did the short block and cam to what we decided on for my combo. I bought Thitek heads and did all the rest myself.

I always am bemused by the "plastic" timing chain guides. I know they're designed to last the life of the engine and give an indication of problems if there is accelerated wear (and that they're not "plastic") but they still look to me like they'll be chewed to bits just a few minutes.

Nice looking motor. Bet it will be fun!

New factory Hellcat pump. More than enough PSI. 68 psi cruising hot, 50 psi hot idle. haven't gone WOT yet but I've seen 72psi at 4500rpm hot.
