Ok. First step is to get an option to buy the land that would enable expansion to a 1/4mi track. And then look into the next 1.5mi after that!

Build a rifle range next to the track. Open up a co-op for milk, butter, beer, ammo, etc...

Could be better than The Villages!

One concern: I heat my house with wood. I don't see many trees 'round there!
