Please Help! Not quite sure what is wrong.

Hello all,

My name is Joe. I own a 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat. I went to take it out to get cleaned on Saturday and I am having some problems. I cannot turn the car off when its started. The CEL, Airbag Light, and ESP Light is on. These are the codes I am getting. I tried to erase and they come back.
I replaced the battery thinking that was it bc it was 4 yrs old and time to go. That wasnt it. Included will be a photo of the codes and two links to YT so you can see what I am talking about.

Any help is appreciated. This sucks!

Yikes ...it's been running since Saturday

Left out a good side note. Im able to turn it off, but the key position wont go to off.
I currently have the battery pulled

P057D "brake pedal position sensor 'A' circuit high"
P1DCA "park sense open circuit"

Neither should prevent the car from turning off.
Definitely an electrical gremlin.
I can't imagine it could just be a bad ground on a 2020--plus, I'm pretty sure the brake pedal sensor is on a different harness than the park sensors.

Why did YT pull that video? Cussing? Music or something in the background?

Has the car been tuned or the computer otherwise messed with? Any mods? You the original owner? Any other weird or odd behavior before, or just this suddenly out of the blue? How long had the car sat between this start and previous usage? Hope it turns out to be a simple fix.

Yes its been tuned, with a hellraiser pulley.


I am the original owner.

Mods were basically done with less than 500 miles on it.

Car sat for about a week or so in between uses and yes this was out of the blue.

Got it towed to my builder (Jim at True Street Performance) on Friday. Hopefully its not a big deal.

If this is a parking garage car, someone might have messed with it

It stays parked in the garage away from other cars but people can walk to it. But I didnt see anything with any signs of it being messed with.


Although one really odd thing happened. The actual key wouldnt turn in the lock cylinder on the door.

I have no choice. I live in Manhattan. I pay 700 a month to park it. It is away from other cars in that garage behind chain and to get out of the garage you need to swipe the key card. I dont know what happened but I didnt see anything messed with to assume that it was broken into.

You will have to excuse our southern friend Holy guy...He has no concept of urban living...much less NYC...He's never ventured north of the Fla. state line..much less NYC...
