Went to our favorite local wing/roast beef place tonight...(place was mobbed as usual)...ran into some friends who were in the Company of a few Military aviators....these pilots are part of the Air national Guard stationed in Baltimore..and here in WNY to do a military fly over for Tomorrows Buffalo/Denver playoff game...now it's no secret I'm not a fan of flying...(but do have the utmost respect for our Country's service men...)..the aircraft they will be flying tmro. are A10's...I had no clue as to what that meant ...after watching their videos,,,and getting anecdotal education about the aircrafts...I have a whole new respect for these men...and what these less than sexy looking aircraft are capable of...(wouldn't want one after me)..there destructive power and durability are amazing...there will be 4 of them in formation (3ft apart) @300 knotts....1000 ft off the ground...their flight pattern to the stadium will take them right over my house...the squad leader..(if that's what the term is )....is a Lt. Co....3 of the 4 have extensive combat experience...we have an AMAZING Military..with some truly amazing serviceman....I was honored to meet them...(and I picked up their tab
