I get it , I was there too , to each his own , I'm only about 1/10 off my et's at full weight vs. skinnies & removing seats. Not worth the hassle to me until negative DA , I know what my car can run both ways & not that much difference.

I'm just tormenting you and Jim lol . I hear what you are saying . I look at it in the heat I can use all the help I can get .

Hmmm!! Someone else with similar results as I have found.
So you want to tell your fellow Texan know it all that a rear seat bottom and fr sway bar isn't exactly removing a bunch of weight that would affect times in great amounts.

I am doing similar to you. Today it was supposed to rain in the afternoon. Which it did. So I had my stock tires with me for the drive home, thankfully. Last weekend I didn't, and will not be getting caught again in the rain on purpose.
I remove the rear seat bottom or the whole seat so I can carry my wheels. I don't really lighten the car for performance as much as comfort and convenience. Also to try different things. It's probably why I have been able to avoid the mod bug for so long.

As for the Incognito that will be tested at some point. I will let you know when I do.

One think I have found with these cars the "100 lbs equals a 10 tenth " rule does not apply . It's closer to 150-200 lbs . So a rear seat bottom or swaybar means next to nothing .

All in fun Hpindy , I started looking at it as it's too hot for me to F with it , so it'll run what ever it runs in the heat. Then when it runs pretty close to runs with weight reduction it seems like a win.
But when it gets cold then I may lighten it up some.

Yeah , if you can get 150 lbs. out of it , it will start to make some difference in ET.

Car 528 or 103? Both good, one excellent!! 1.39 about the same as the pass I made a 9.998 pass. Nice!!

Yes pump gasoline. 94 octane and I data log to confirm everything thing is happy . I have 0 STKN but I do have some WOT tuning to do but nothing crazy . The car is safe .

It was 500-700 all day

I made a mistake my kestrel was set to METERS not feet so the DA was 1650-2450 FEET
