That is a great question, what is the target demographic for these vehicles? The reported range of this vehicle is not good nor is the efficiency. The 400 volt architecture is also not good as the charging times will be relatively slow and the battery is large. This equates to long charging times.

I just watched the video and will say i liked it. I think they have always done a great job on making videos which I don't really see with other companies doing. Not interested in either car but like the scat pack logo. Not much of a reveal though being we all knew there was going to be an electric and I6 turbo version so nothing new

We are living in crazy times, I don't think those big ass Cadillacs from the 1950/60's weighted 6,000 pounds. The GMC EV Hummer weighs 9,000 pounds, as I recall. My EV's weigh 4,500 pounds and it looks like they are lite compared to other EV's.

To me it is like the early 80s again. Dodge was making 4 cylinder turbo cars most didn't want so we bought 15 year old Dodge cars. Today we don't have to go back to 15 year old Dodges, we can go 1 year old to 15 year old Dodges. I'm fine with that

Christ almighty, they kept telling us to expect the replacement to be smaller on the outside but with more interior volume than the outgoing models.

This thing is 6 inches longer and 5 inches wider than a Durango. And this is the 2 door. This is 69 Charger big.

Maybe we can expect a 3 row variant as well soon.

It's a mere GT AWD, and used at that, but somehow I convinced my girlfriend to buy a Challenger as an interim car while waiting for an ordered one.

So now we have four of them between us, two 'Cats and two GT AWDs. And she's already talking about keeping this one after the ordered Audi shows up.

So how much does this weigh? I’m reading that BEVs pollute MORE than ICE because since they’re heavier, they wear out the tires and brakes a lot more, causing particulate pollution that’s X greater than tailpipe emissions

FYI- friends Tesla goes thru tires every 15-18,000 miles. My tires look good at 29,700 miles, it looks like I will get 35,000 or 40,000. EV's are not hard on brakes because of the regeneration, I hardly use my brakes.
