haha yes literally sand bags, individually filled 10lb bags that are able to be situated in the proper places. specific to adding ballast.

Went right through DE State inspection and Emissions yesterday! Both performed by the state DMV.

They used to not check emissions below the canal years ago.

Yeah DE is strict as hell. no local shops can perform the inspection or emissions. has to be done by the DMV directly. all government controlled. it sucks. but my street car passed with no problems. had to pull my window tint off. had it re done 2 hours later.
