u connect phone pairing

For some odd reason or another I cannot figure out this stupid issue. My S9 plus shows it is connected to the car, I can make calls, but when I try to call with the steering wheel green button ,I get a messege, "there is no phone connected" when I check what devices are connected my phone shows on the screen, so what is wrong here?

I think it resolved itself ,suddenly everything works, it is a 2018 charger HC. I got back in the car 6 hours later and it was as if nothing happened, thank you for trying to help
