If you used a credit card, just call the credit card company and dispute it.

I had this happen one time to the tune of about $5k. Vendor said they had shipped the products and kept giving me the run around. Called my credit card company and they immediately refunded me the money while they figured it all out.

Complete bullshit. When you feel comfortable I believe it would be beneficial to share the story. I think most folks here feel pretty comfortable shelling out money to vendors who are sponsors and might be less careful than they would otherwise be.

Capital One is my best friend. They will stop the charge and go after the vendor. I have not had 1 problem with any vender or friend of a vender on this site.
