I’ve hit 120 on my Harley Street Glide😁. And holly shit those Harley baggers suck when you come off the throttle 😂. But yet my Indians actually do better and my new Challenger with the Fixed Wing does the best.

maybe a 70 would be ok too:)
If I were getting one it would be a 750. They don't cost much more than a 600, but you get about 40% more power.

Yeh for sure and I plan getting her an Indian Scout next year. She loves riding and wants to ride with me and for sure she will be a excellent rider.

That is a great bike!

I like how you went old school to, the BUS has been around a long time, i owned one many years ago, they are still incredible today. The trend seems to be adventure bikes now, I've seen so many, and most people never take them offroad. I've had several, but mine were definitely used offroad.
The BUS will always be a class act bike!

Congratulations!
When I'm lookin for adventure...I'm usually never on a bike..(but it has happened twice...)
My buddy has one..345 rwhp...streetracer only...
I’m 25. Liability on this one is 500 a year or so

Been an R1 guy for years, love the bike.

Paid $416 for a years insurance. Been riding for over 25 years, no accidents is partially why.

Not to be a downer on the hellcat forum, but a stock busa will kill a stock hellcat be it the 1/4 mile, or 1/2 mile
I would have to agree with you..

Well first thing they were running in track mode. They have no clue what they are doing. I’m on e85 one the cat. Bike might take the car still being tune only. Thing moves. I’ll have someone ride the bike at some people who I trust and see what happens.
I did a Z06 with a chopper that can’t be as quick as that (140 hp & ft-lb/about 450 lbs). The gap was unbelievable. I had to confirm he was even getting on it! Tried things three different times that night. He finally told me I was f—- crazy. Cat don’t have a chance on the street IMO.

I really wish I didn’t have to sell my victory. That bike got compliments all the time. But the price was right.
it was a victory jackpot with a fat tire on the back.

I had a friend in California years ago. If he left his pedal bike out side the chain would be ruined. He lived right on the beach.

Yeah...corrosion up the wazzu is never good.

Can't just take a pill for that to make it go away after 2 weeks.

:p

When I lived at the beach, I would wipe mine down after every ride while everything was still warm, that way the salt air crust couldn't bake on and set up. Seemed to work good at the time.

Loved my '03 Busa. Traded it for an Aprilla RSV1000R Factory, which was also a great bike but did miss the big boy.

Have been seriously considering the new gen Busa. Full on Sport Bikes are hard on a retirees body after a short time (knees and neck, yo!). The Busa still works.

Congrats on your bike Jonx96. Busa's are like Hellcats...you can ride them a bit tamer or with a twist of the wrist you can warp time.
