The SpankinTime track rental had the prep on point for Ron’s car to get the most out of it. Adam was helping Ron with placement on the line to get him in the groove. Ron did the rest. 8.96 and a 8.97 to back it up. No questions about it now. Good job everybody! 👍🏼👍🏼

Don’t know but he told me he had 50 lbs in the trunk for ballast. Haha. He knows how to get the thing to work. I don’t think it’s against the rules to add weight 😂

I think he did find it on the 8.96 pass.

That run should have bested the factory 8.91 ET. Every metric is faster I think. Maybe the 1/8 is the diff.

So wonder how Ron has a better 60', but a bit slower 1/8 time. I mean we're talking hundreths but still. That could be down to the placement of the timers being an inch different on the track or something.

The timers and MPH have been driving me crazy the last few year. If nothing else that they were solid but found they are not

I've seen you mention it a few times. For a while the left lane at Beech Bend would show almost 2MPH more than the right lane but ETs the same.
