Nope, it ran without hick up, guess again. I’ll post screen shots tomorrow of run logs of the pulls of each TB to aid guesses.

You removed load from the dyno to get it to read the numbers you want?
how did you guess we took a drill and started drilling holes in the roller to lighten it up from 4400 lbs 1/4” hole at a time. Your a Genius!!! But we got tired after 100 holes snd only 2 lbs gone, so your still wrong, no prize for you.

Question is Not what it made peak Question was why is there a difference between 100 mm throttlebody and 105 mm throttlebody. Did the bigger 105mm throttle body make more, less, or the same horsepower and torque as the 100 mm TB??

HHP made less. The turbulence introduced by the step down to the snout caused more harm than good.

I see elevated IATs…
I also see more fuel consumption with the HHP… that should mean more air and more power… hmm.
Too hard to tell in line for rides in Dollywood… ;)

Was it actually 105mm all the way through? I know you said you needed to measure the throttle blade. You were also dealing with a snout that isn't 105mm. My thought lets say the snout was 109mm and the 105mm and 100mm are what they say I would think the difference would be very small.

My car is flowing way more with the pulley and I could test the stock and BBK being I have one but Jon's car has a stock throttle body because Simon said there was no power with a bigger one. That 2.7 is flowing way more air then mine.

Blade on the HHP105 is a true 105mm, the OD on the air intake tube is larger as well, matches the OD of the JLT tube, no more step down rubber connector, the HHP uses size for size, smooth transition from the JLT on the inlet side. My snout is only opened up to 100mm to match the BBK100 and to retain the factory gasket and groove. I have a snout that opened up to 105 on the way.
